4. Patient Communications & Clinical Boundaries

Mindflow Therapy provides mental health services in a regulated clinical environment. In addition to the general prohibitions above, users accessing clinical or patient portal features must not:

  • Submit false or misleading information in intake forms, clinical questionnaires, or consent documents
  • Use the patient portal or messaging system for emergency communications — in a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room
  • Share login credentials or patient portal access with unauthorized individuals
  • Record, photograph, or capture any telehealth session without prior written consent from ${CLIENT.name}

5. SMS Messaging Acceptable Use

Our SMS messaging program is provided solely to deliver appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer support communications to users who have explicitly opted in. Acceptable use of our SMS program requires that you:

  • Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe at any time — all opt-out requests are honored immediately
  • Reply “HELP” to receive support contact information
  • Not attempt to use our SMS program to send messages to other individuals
  • Not provide false contact information during the opt-in process

No mobile information collected through our SMS program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.

6. Intellectual Property
